Some things to address:

1) We have a set release schedule, generally a one hour window, but we typically fall into a set release time that doesn't change by more than 10-15 minutes each week. A few late plays outside the normal windows will get added occasionally due to line moves or new information, but it is rare.

2) A survey of our clients did NOT reveal that 87% get the release lines. However, the majority of subscribers reported being able to get the release line or better at least half of the time, and we were generally pleased by the feedback we received.

3) We have won 11 straight years in CFB, and the last five has been our best stretch yet despite the market getting tougher, but that is no guarantee for future success.

4) Our CFB plays have performed well even at lines worse than what we release with, and even against the close as you can see in this chart:

Clearly, we advise doing everything possible to get the best number, every half point matters in the long run. Being a subscriber will help immensely in this regard, but taking a little worse hasn't proven to be the calamity that a few in this thread are making it out to be.
