Not taking sides but believe that high/low is a lower risk way of flipping as many hands could result in a split pot - giving you the ability to have risked 20, and only lost a little rake even if you don't win both sides of the hand. Lots of split pots means lower downside. Also lower upside obviously, but if goal is to maintain as many of the points won from tourney's as possible - its not a bad way to do it. I wish I had more time to play poker - there is no way I can give up 2-3 hours a night for the tourneys (are they shorter now? Maybe fewer playing) - but if you are any good you can definitely make a lot of points at them so congrats to those who do play a lot!
