Just stupid PC crap gone too far. Ethnic Food should be celebrated. I've never seen anyone apologizing for serving Irish Soda Bread on St Paddy's day, or Matzoh and Gefilte Fish during Passover, or Egg Nog at Christmas, etc. Embrace your food.
