Not my recipe, but my own spin on it. Set cream cheese out to soften. Put a quick fry on the bacon. You don't want them crispy, just a quick cook. This is done to ensure bacon is cooked evenly during the grill process. Halve the jalapenos, then remove seeds. Leave the seeds in, if you want more heat. Fill jalapenos with cream cheese. Wrap the cheese filled jalapenos with the pre-cooked bacon. Secure bacon on jalapenos with skewers. Toothpicks will work too. I used do 3-4 jalapenos pure skewers, depending on size. If you use wooden skewers, make sure you soak them in water first to avoid setting them on fire! Grill on low heat (turning appropriately) until jalapeno is tender and bacon is cooked.
