None of the above come into play here...voluntary agreement between you and site saying they can modify or terminate your relationship pretty much anytime they want...for example, if they suspected you of lying and stealing from other posters. The fact that they haven't kicked you out yet reflects poorly, just like your attempts to avoid responsibility for your actions ("I did something dumb because I was tired/forgot that casino always wins/I'm a white guy/I act like I'm a toddler instead of a man/etc").

I doubt SBR bannning you would lead to you straightening up your act, you're probably just broken that way and will never man up...but at least we wouldn't have to see your BS anymore. Do the right thing here SBR!
