Don't go to chiropracters, that shit is all placebo effect. Should throw those guys in prison. No science behind what they do.
Most important thing for back pain is exercise. The more it hurts, the more you work it. Switch to sitting on a ball an hour a day too, that'll force you to sit proper and keep your spine in alignment.
