There is no point in even having a court hearing for this guy.
Here is what they should do:
Have a Charity auction on Ebay and the highest bidder gets to pull the cord that launches this guy out of a catapult into a brick wall. And then the high bidder's money goes to the victim and her family.
And since this is a charity auction, Ebay's fees will be waived.
Time to get creative.
