There is nothing the top business school in the world could teach Jay-Z to become more successful.

And those worrying about bad contracts, really? Do you really think Jay-Z does anything more than put his name on the building and hang out with the players for pub?

Jay-Z is considered one of the GOAT's in rap, he also is one of the first black people with real wealth. He didn't get there by handling everything himself, he got there just like every succcessful person has on a similar path. They've surrounded themselves with people smarter than him and who excel at what they do.

Roc Nation gives excellent representation, and it has next to zero to do with Jay-Z.

On top of all that, the type of advertising revenue Jay-Z will have access to that other major agents wont is literally the deciding factor to go to him.

Players max out on money in the professional careers, the real money for all major athletes is off the field, and that is a place where Jay-Z, his brand, and his companies will shine.

My prediction, his firm will absorb a lot of the competition and put them to work for him.
