You were given the reason why there wasn't a rollover in the first instance. I even used someone else's words to blatantly spell it out for you. If you don't understand the difference between the 2 situations no one can help you. Legends - not Spiros - has secured a 2x rollover for accounts being transferred after they lost their licence to operate. Up until then they were still paying out after the indictments. They had a Plan B just in case the worst case scenario happened. It has and now this is the result. Not sure if you have an active, funded account at Legends but anyone who does who has a clue about this industry should be dancing in the streets right now. Much better than the ridiculous offers I've seen bandied around for less serious scenarios. 15x rollover after 50% cash deposit anyone?
1. The 2x rollover is essentially a tax on the lack of forethought on having assets, bank accounts, and whatever else the DOJ can get their hands on either in the geographic USA or in their reach.

2. Heritage is the Greek and the Greek is heritage. A spin off similar to bodog into bovada but not as public.

3. A+ books are supposed to have the liquidity and funds on hand to survive a "run on the bank" that an emergency like this may cause. The fault for the lack in liquidity in this case lies with Legends. If the DOJ secured their funds in a foreign country an argument can be made that this was unforeseen. The DOJ has made a habit of going after processors and funds of sportsbooks and online poker sites. The business model of having assets in the United States is not a prudent one in this atmosphere. The DOJ is not acting out of character..

Now for what I am inferring.....DOJ had a so called agreement with the greek. It left the USA market....it rebranded itself as Heritage. DoJ taps SKYPE conversations. Did the DOJ find out that maybe Spiros had more of an interest in Legends besides a rumored or in fact loan for the building? If the Legends transition does go to Heritage it is in essence a transfer to the Greek which is owned by Spiros.

So if the option is presented that besides the 2x rollover that people that have balances wait x amount of weeks or months to get there money then the rollover is fine by me. If not IMO it is a tax for the poor business model of Legends

I will not attack shari personally because it gets nowhere and I dont care enough about any mod on SBR after the BI money grab
