lol big companies have been finding loopholes long before obamacare to screw people out of whatever benefits the law allows them to get away with. It's been corporate policy at big stores for a while to hire a ton of part-time expendable employees as opposed to full-time employees to get away with not having to pay out requirements of full-time staff. Tell your son to start working towards a career, you should be happy these places show their true colours, it's a big red flag to avoid working for them.
