Bad Beat jackpot was up to 335k at a casino I was at regularly. Had been grinding bout 8hrs or so. typical day in a huge bad beat chance.

I am not at the table where this goes down(was table right up against them)... 3 guys in pot.. only 2 that matter are 56s vs 88

Board comes 7s/8s/9s (miracle chances.. of course the trip 8's dont know and he is scared of flush draw.. so he fires all in.. 56s of course is going nowhere and quickly calls.. Cards roll over on the felt and we all in the room (bout 30 tables)Stop almost like slow motion when we hear guys saying PLEASE 8 PLEASE 8.....

Dealer Tables an 8 on the turn.. ..Guys are all jumping and hugging eachother.. no lie.. Everyone in Room gets 300$ too(I was happy with the "share" feature built into the jackpot) and everyone is high fiving and shit...Guys at the table all would have got roughly 15k a piece for this hand just by sitting at the table and not in the bad beat like the 2 guys with 56s and 88.. Those two guys are sitting down still and a few of us had gotten up/leaned over and celebrating with some of the table guys....

No one even considers the worst possible beat ever....

Dealer rivers 10s and the crowd of about 300 people who hear the roars all goes OMG sick.. and it hits me and others right in the face..

dude makes higher straight flush now with 6/7/8/9/10s and his two in hand (5s6s) are not BOTH played = NO BAD BEAT.

People all were sick.. dude with the quad 8's literally complained for hours.... "how is this not a bad beat.. I was beat bad.. shouldnt matter if other guy didnt play 1 or not.. he hit a strt flush on me.. etc etc" (of course rules are rules)
