I've never ran into a issue that 5dimes hasn't taken care of, without a problem. When I got locked out of my account a couple years back, for supposedly "Screen Scraping", Tony came into live chat and cleared everything up for me.

They have even canceled bets for me, that I made by mistake. Just telling me don't let it happen again, and this is the first and last time.
