I thought this was based on your net losses for the month?

They won't give it to me cause I withdrew $400 and only deposited $200 this past month, even though I'm down net $263. (started the month with a $463 balance)

Anyone see the rule for this on the website? I don't see it. Only thing I see is net losses.
