Nice vid

I have a suggestion for you. A lot of good salmon eating up here in the Northwest

Use aluminum foil, don't peel the skin off. Put the skin side down on the foil. Fold the edges of foil up on the sides to trap in the olive oil/butter/juices. Apply the olive oil/butter before placing it on grill. Cook on high with grill lid closed for like 8-10 minutes. DO NOT flip it over. Depends on personal preference how well done you want it... but usually you don't wanna overcook and dry out a nice salmon. Personally I'd rather have it a lil undercooked. Use spatula to cut into salmon it should separate from the skin quite easily, and serve.

Chopped or minced onions go well too, maybe some lemon
