I suggested avoiding as well. Of course, it just get chalked up as mistakes but there have been repeated attempted thefts in their poker room, in fact the few cases that were not resolved, I side with player. Not because I think the player is innocent but because BetOnline has shown their incompetence on multiple occasions and proven they have no clue how to regulate their own poker room. They are confiscating funds off only suspicion, so by my tally they are approaching $200,000 in player thefts.

Additional they suck at bookmaking and have unjustly voided bets in cases where there is enough reason to believe it was their own handicapping mistakes and not a clear line error. If you're going to put the game on the board first, and move the line 3 times, then says oops we were way off, let's call this an obvious line error (LOL) and void the bets - then you don't belong opening lines. How do players know it's an obvious bad line when they pulled stuff like this for week in advanced football lines. (The average player is going off gut feel, and has no clue how to cap their week in advanced football offers).

Finally support department sucks, as does management. In mid 2011 more known crooks joined the team.

I'd group them along side SBG Global, WagerWeb, etc. Nothing wrong with using those two or BetOnline so long as you understand the risks. This is a book to beat up on - not a good one for recreational players.

For recreational players see the top of this forum where it says "Poster's Sportsbook Poll" that's the advice to take. I don't expect BetOnline ever makes that list.
