I just don't understand why IC, and all other cappers, just don't take a break, instead of releasing plays in all sports...It seems like they always chase, and keep digging themselves a bigger hole

I have a feeling that there is something in IC's contract with Docsports that says he has to make plays every day. Think about it, Doc gets a percentage of every sale that his cappers make, the more plays there are available the more money Doc makes off the sale. These places like Doc, Budin, Feist etc. are all about marketing and sales.
