    Let's never hear that Tom Brady comparison to Montana again

    Montana never coughed up a pick (nearly to the house) like that in a playoff game. That pass by Brady set the tone for this game and the Patriots never got it going. He had all the time in the WORLD to pass on many of his incompletions. This guy isn't as good as Steve Young, let alone Joe Montana.

    would the salary cap and the parity of today's nfl have given montana some fits here and there though? i agree montana isn't someone you can just go around handing comparisons to, but you still gotta wonder.

    Terry Bradshaw said that if Brady gets one more ring, which in all honesty he has a great shot, that he would go down as the greatest qb ever. I don't know why people hate Brady... is it cuz he slays hot pussy? Cuz he has 3 rings? He's rich? People are just jealous of winners, always have been and always will be

    You're right, Montana NEVER threw INTs in the playoffs. And NEVER lost in the playoffs. And NEVER had a losing record during the dynasty.

    Oh wait, he did all of those things. Montana is still the greatest, but Brady is still getting closer, and 1 game will not change that

    I HATE BOSTON FAN!!!! I lived in Providence in the mid 90's and i would go to Pats games for FREE cause nobody wanted to go, same crap applies to the Redsox during that time..... Boston has always been very loyal to the C's and B's but as far as Baseball and Football they could've given 2 craps until the last 10 years

    Colts fanatic...obv I hate New England...but Brady is a great QB! What did they really have this year? Welker is great for 7 yd passes but what else? Brady/Manning are in the top 6-7 QBs to ever play the game imo! Alot of guys on here are too young to remember the cast Montana had w/SF....try Jerry Rice (greatest WR ever), Roger Craig (in the top 3-4 RBs of his era)...great O-line....consistent top 10 defense! Brady carried the 27th defense in the NFL this year if I'm not mistaken! Its a team game people!!

    Montana never won a playoff game when his team gave up 28 points.

    Can't blame Brady for some of those drops. Plenty of blame to go around for the Pats, Brady deserves the least of the blame.

    One thing, if you told me that Sanchez would have a better QB rating than Brady for the game, I'd have told you the Jets win.

    Montana had 3 interceptions and a fumble in the game. He's lucky Dallas kept giving him chances to come back.
