    Manning Seems Likely for Start

Now there are reports that it's likely he will get the start. He took half the snaps in the team drills, he isn't just tossing it on the sideline anymore. He's a gamer, I have a hunch he'll play. He's already been medically cleared, and they've stated he has no risk of injuring his shoulder more since there's no structural damage. I think by Sunday he should be able to play through any discomfort.

He may be able to play, however after he takes his first sack that shoulder will kill him, I have had a few shoulder injuries and the minute he gets hit that will be extremly painful, so he may start but I doubt he will play the full game in my oppinion.

Shoot if he plays then I have to rethink my fantasy WR starters for the week. I was sitting Plaxico if Subway Jared was gonna start.

Now I have to decide whether to start him or V. Young for fantasy.

I think I would go the safe route and go with Vince Young. Manning may start, but who knows how long he will play for.

I would not start Manning in fantasy football. He is banged up and Green Bay has a very tough defense.

I really can't believe the Giants are rushing Manning back.

Manning will play and Green Bay's defense will make him wish he would have sat one week.

I think the Giants are smarter than trying to get him back in one week from a shoulder injury......I think they are playing mind games and I would be really surprised if they start manning.

The NY media just has nothing else to write about. I read an article saying Pennington could possibly play, that's just nonsense. Eli I could see possibly playing, but putting in Pennington against the Ravens D after last weeks injury is absurd.

wouldn't be surprised to see giants win this one by ten or more... packers lack any type of run game and favre got molested last week... their line is off to a bad start and i think an injured giants team will rally at home even with jacobs out and eli bum shoulder giants still moved the ball a bi ton cowboys... packers offense on the other hand has little
