    NLF Best Bet:Sundays Parlay Card

    This will be a spinoff from Batemans Best Bet in Baseball....in hopes of us all hitting a nice big parlay!

    Make 2 PICKS.
    -One will be the one u like the most. Spread or Totals. No ML please.
    -Now the second one, take your favorite DOG for the Week.
    -If your Pick or Dog of the Week matches another posters, then I'll count that as a "vote" for that PICK...and if it goes against, I'll count it as against. I'll tally everything 15-30minutes prior to Game Time. (Sometime we like games that we're unsure about and who knows, maybe this can help in easing that undecisiveness)
    -If someone has the same selections as u, please dont find a "substitute"...the point is to pick the one u like MOST, and a substitute PICK is not a Best Bet.
    -Please indicate the Team and spread from which u got it at, or the Game Total (whether Over or Under).
    -Im not going to include the Thursday Indy game so make the selections for Sundays....and Sundays only (well MNF too)

    Steelers -4.5 (best bet)

    The Brady Quinn chants will be heard by the 3rd quarter.

    Titans +6.5 (favorite dog)

    Jaguars had a lot of off-season turmoil with the QB situation and I'm still not convinced Garrard is the right man to lead them. Vince was playing extremely well in the preseason and I truly think the Titans can make this a game.

    Steelers -4.5 (Best Bet) for sure
    This is considered a rivalry game but the Steelers have simply dominated the Browns in recent history, winning the last seven meetings and losing only once in Cleveland since the Browns moved to Cleveland Browns Stadium.


    Falcons +3 (Best Dog) don't like the Vikings at all here...Falcons will have a couple of surprise upsets and I think this is one of them. They lost Vick, but gained a good coach and still have a great running game the best last year. Joey Harrington vs Tarvaris Jackson. Tarvaris Jackson?? Hard to tell if he's ready.

    Bills +3.5: Denver D I think has some question marks against and I am not liking their passing game. This one will be close and I think the Bills have enough Off to win it late. With a start take them.

    Whoa, talk about heavy action on the Steelers.

    Best Bet: Houston -3 (was going to take Chi/SD 42.5 OVER, but i'll use that for my other plays)

    Best Dog: Tenn +7 (GitRDone took them really early on me, was hoping I'd have first dibs on this one but we can BOTH hit together )


    Hopefully we can get some more Best Bet/ Best Dog posts here. I'll update this and have this listed 15-30 minutes prior to Game Time.
