    Doesn't he have a 10 year contract? Raiders defense is the worst in the NFL so it is not all on him.

    Yes 10 year, $100,000. Just because the team isn't expected to do squat that shouldn't stop them from at least trying to be much better. Lately it looks like they don't care.
