What do you guys look for in "line movement"?

I know Line Movement is an intregal part to alot of cappers, what exactly are you looking at?

Initial line movement? Movement on the day of the event?

How do you look at a line that (for example) opened at -4 at a particualr book and within 20 minutes of opening is at -5 or higher?

Just trying to give myself a few different ways of looking at things.

I like line movement better for totals, spikes north go south and vice versa, I guess the same goes for sides but I am not big on line movements more history ganch could help you here.

When looking at a line move look for steam. If the board lights up like crazy and the line at the same time across the board, then you pretty much know where the smart money is more often than not.
