    Pats -2 1/2 at Pitt.

This game will decide the AFC #1 seed and home field advantage. Neither team will lose another game because Jacksonville has the tie breakers if they end up with the same record as either one of these teams. New England has played well against the Steelers. The Steelers realize that this could well be Big Ben's last season as a player and he wants to go out a winner. Brady wants to stick around for a few more years. The line movement will be extremely interesting. Thoughts?

Pats record after a loss is ridiculously good. Books baked this into the line knowing tons of people will play that angle. NE record in pitt is also incredible. NE has a ton of injuries. No value on pats here. Pitt or pass. Over is prob a solid play. Winner will be in the 30’s

NFL doesn't work that way. This is a new week.

Ravens gave up 39 to the Steelers. Imagine what the Steelers put up. Big Ben always shows up at home in BIG games

more gamblers and fans in general must know this. Each week is a new one in and of itself, regardless of the teams playing or the record of those teams playing.

It exactly works that way... Steelers have given up 28 and 38 to 2 teams that have struggled on offense. Not a good sign.

As usual, you omit the important thing in your argument. Pitt's defense has given up 20 points or less in 9 of their 13 games. That fact makes your argument a worthless point. This is a game that will be decided by who wants it the most. For every stat you give me, I can find one to contradict it. And NO, it DOES NOT work that way.
