    I think it means that if the request is accepted, the case will be heard before all the judges of the court to ensure fair ruling.

    I believe it means the NFLPA can request that a majority of the 5th circuit judges would hear and review the request and then essentially vote on the matter. Not an attorney but somewhat familiar with federal court system as I once worked for the U.S. Marshal Service.

    Lol, douche bag still posting fake bets. Its an appeal that is largely procedural - he simply thinks if more judges hear the case he has a better chance. 3 judges heard this case originally and he wants a larger group of judges on the circuit court to weigh in. This is a delay tactic and the suspension will likely be reinstated given that he lost the original ruling.
