You know Hoody will try and take Evans out of this game. Look for Brate and Jackson to have a field day with the rest of that shit defensive unit

Winston may be average but its the average of really good performances and really bad performances.

I watched the entire TB game against the Giants. They are horrific. I understand NE is on a slide but I would hesitate before saying TB can beat anybody that isn't the Giants.

Winston will get it going soon....why not take the 6 here???

NE giving up 32 ppg, explosive and mobile QB, kicking game can't get worse....

Pats off a loss should rebound, line is 5.5 for a reason.

^ I'm with Gunny on this one....

Patriots can't win at home this season.. On the road they haven't lost yet.. Last 5 games..

    Sep 7 vs Kansas City L 42 - 27
    Sep 17 @ New Orleans W 36 - 20
    Sep 24 vs Houston W 36 - 33
    Oct 1 vs Carolina L 33 - 30
    Date Home/Away Opponent Time
Oct 5 @ Tampa Bay 5:25 PM PDT
    CBS, NFLN

I can't ever remember Brady losing 2 straight games in a row?.. Patriots seem to rebound well after a loss.. I think I gotta take Tom Brady and the Patriots in this one.. Will they cover -5 is the question? I think the Patriots come ready to play and will be hungry for a win...

I think NE probably covers the 5 points if I had to guess and maybe in a shoot out.. Remember fellas Brady is still Brady... Tough to bet against him..

I like Tampa Bay in this spot, but I'll probably pass. Pats normally don't lose when everybody expects them to lose.

Tampa Bay barely get past an 0-4 Giants team and lost outright to Minnesota. They have shown me nothing this season. As long as Brady is still playing, the Patsies have to be favorites.

Giants and Minnesota have good defenses and Winston had good games against both teams. Tampa will probably score 25 to 30 points, but the question is can they keep Brady under 25 points.

Im a tb fan so granted my thoughts maybe a Lil one sided but I'll try to stay impartial, but I do think that tb has a good team right now an it looks like they may have the ability to get better as season goes on. NE is also very good team time an time again we've seen Brady able to come from being behind ,take the lead, and hold that lead to end up winning the game.this will be the real chance for tb to prove that they are actually contenders to go to super bowl. They've shown a bit of bad an a bit of good but now we'll see how they'll perform against a top tier team.

Overs looking good in all 3 games tonight..

WNBA Sparks, NFL Patriots/Tampa Bay, MLB Rockies/Dbacks... Good chance 2 of the 3 go over at worst anyways... That's how I'm playing that... benny on each hoping 2 of 3 hit or all 3.....

Play the straights also in other bets....

I see this being a shootout, but the question will be will this come down to a game winning FG or TD. If the line moves up to 6.5-7 I'll jump on TB, but for now it'd be a coin flip in my opinion and may just sit this one out.

It happened in 2015. I’m not fact checking so if I’m wrong then by all means, but it was a loss at Denver to Brock Osweiler in prime time Sunday night, then at home the following Sunday against the shitty Eagles.

Matt Patricia likely ripped the defence a new one... That being said I expect NE def to look sharper.

    31-20 Pats.

    Pats versus TB

I don’t know why but I’m feeling the under 54.5 strongly. I think Tampa Bay is going to give them a fight, New England should win but I think they’re going to be battling back-and-forth on the field for several possessions, never getting anything really going... I really like the u54.5,
Somebody please tell me if I’m crazy or not for thinking this!?…

Butler and Gilmore will switch off probably and they'll bring safety help on Desean Jackson deep. As bad as their secondary has looked, these guys are 4 pro bowl level players back there and they'll figure it out eventually. The way to beat the pats is to dominate their D line and linebackers with a hard nosed running game imo.

Basically you are taking a chance on Matt Patricia and the D. Pats certainly have the talent. But have they figured it out yet is the question mark. That's why it's kind of a tough game to cap/bet on.

Gl though g. Hope you guys cash.

At the end of the day this game means nothing.

Pats will still be the favorites to win the superbowl when the playoffs roll around. They added a ton of new pieces and all these games are learning steps in the right direction. And by the time all 16 games are over, I guarantee you Patriots will be a different beast than you see today, while Tampa will be the same thing we expect them to be. A good solid 9/10 win team with a first round win/exit. That's it. Superbowl? Lol. No.

Agree with the patriots take, but in terms of this game i think tampa makes a ton of sense.

I think most believe the pats defense will figure it out, but to me its crazy to think it will happen on a short week before a road game against an explosive offense

With that beat up defense? Hell, they're missing pivotal players. No, no chance they keep NE under 25
