Kap's mistake was the way he chose to get his message out. He had some very valid ideas and points but if you turn people off before you even speak, the message doesn't get heard. Teams needing a starting qb heading into the season aren't serious SB contenders so Kap wouldn't make much of a difference to their final record and like it has been previously stated, no team wants the backup qb to be a distraction.
