    Pittsburgh vs chiefs update

game moved from 1:05pm ET to 8:20pm..
i think this adds another element to the game.. not so much on the sides, but maybe it effects the total?? playing during the night and day does effect the game in its own superstitious way.

are the guys that were betting it cause it was a day game now not cause its at night? maybe the under guys are now thinking over? vice versa..

i think its a clear blowout. yeah the chiefs did alot to earn that playoff bye spot, but big ben has been here before. this isnt bens first rodeo... i just think the moment will be too big for alex smith. double digit win by pittsburgh.

I agree with you jay.. but the way things have been going for me, KC is a lock to win as I bet Pitt last Sunday as soon as the line opened

The later, the better for the Chiefs in my opinion. I don't see Pittsburgh doing much in this spot. Feels like kc rolls here.

that dink and dunk shit is not going to work man. alex smith doesnt throw the ball over 20 yards.

pittsburgh linebackers will shut down the run which hasnt been hard ever since jamaal went down and that dink and dunk crap. pitt has the best running back in the league. with the best receiver in the league. love pit here

if they stop hill from making those big chunk plays, pitt will win by double digits

The rainy weather clearly favors Pittsburgh. Their opponent is a ball-control offense, which might be neutralized.

I think the Steelers are winning this one.

I think this might have the exact opposite effect. Ben is the better quarterback. On a sunny, windless day he is much better than Smith. In inclement weather, I imagine that gets neutralized. Especially when you consider that the rain can affect the Steelers offense more. Chiefs like to throw the ball five yards downfield anyway. That gameplan won't be affected much by the rain. The Steelers are the opposite. So much of what they do relies on them spreading the defense out and taking the top off with those receivers. Don't see them having much success doing that on Sunday.

I also mentioned Andy Reid's 19 - 2 record after a bye week in my football thread a few days ago...Pitt has been very shaky on the road...nowhere near as good as they are at home...KC wins 27 - 17.
