    Terrible pick... Sf coming off a bye week and getting manningham and Aldon Smith back...as good as Carolina is... I think the infusion of strength for the niners will make all the difference

    Carolina has struggled plaing on the west coast. They have won 4 straight but that was against 4 of the bottom teams in the league. I have watched cam newton play and he just does not impress.

    Sportsbook.ag actually still has Panthers +6.5

    Full disclosure... I am a Panthers fan but I am very realistic when it comes to when to back and fade my team. I think they will cover if not pull off the upset this week, but we should seriously consider fading them against the Patriots on MNF, especially if they win this game today - they ALWAYS seem to fall flat on a high profile prime time game when they are hot and on a roll.
