    Seattle Seahawks +8.5

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Article/200601142116.aspx

We feel that the Bears are one of the most vulnerable number one seeds in quite some time, and we would not be at all surprised if Seattle shocked the world with an outright upset here!

The Bears got to this point on the heels of a world class defense that simply smothered its opponents for the first half of the season. However, that unit has been hit by the injury bug lately, and as a result allowed an unacceptable 26.3 points per game over the last four games. Moreover it is not as if Chicago has been facing offensive powerhouses during this period either, allowing 31 points to Tampa Bay and 21 to Detroit. This combined with the terrible quarterback play of Rex Grossman lately makes the Bears a terrible investment laying more than a touchdown in this spot.

Yes the Seahawks were lucky to get by Dallas to reach this point, but we actually feel that the Bears may be a drop down in class from the Cowboys at the current time. Remember also that Chicago embarrassed Seattle 37-6 on national television earlier this season when Shaun Alexander was out, so look for the Hawks to make amends here with Alexander back in the lineup. All things considered, we would actually recommend a half-unit play on the Seattle Moneyline here as well as taking these generous points.
