Favre is one of the best for sure. His uniqueness and love of the game make him one of the best. Very original, we won't see anyone like him again.

Yea, Brady won't break favre's record of most Interceptions thrown ever. Don't think Brady wants that record anyway

It's hard to throw interceptions when you're overly cautious and don't take risks down field. Most of Brady's passes are within 20 yards. Favre took risks, and made some great plays from his gun sling.

Brady didn't take risks? Brady has the most td's over 40 yards. Has most td's thrown in a season , I believe 50+. Come on seaweed, Brady is best all time/ 5 sb appearance , 3 rings, and also gave his team lead with 2 mins left in the 2sb he lost, his defense blew it: 1 dumb penetrate that's not even in the league anymore caught a pass on his helmet to take a ring away.

    Montana 4-0 SB

Pats get to SB in down AFC years... Ravens choke and 07 gets to play SD team that is completely injured. Duh!

no wonder he lost them both

You guys are the biggest idiot dick riders lmfao Brady best ever. During a passing era when every incomplete pass he throws is a pass interference or roughing the passer behind the BEST o-line in the last 10 years which allows him to have 15 seconds to throw and his receivers to run and execute double and sometimes even triple moves. Brady is damn good and a HOFer but best ever after one nice game is fu cking so silly.

Eli beat him twice in the Super Bowl.

Also what about (not in this order)
    Montana
    Marino
    P Manning
    Elway....

If I got every call and had 20 mins to throw I'd be damn good too. Also lets not forget during his first two Super Bowls he had an incredible defense.

    Clowns. Best ever lmfao

Four quarterbacks have won multiple Super Bowl MVPs. Four have won three Super Bowls. Two have made five Super Bowl starts. Eight have won multiple regular-season MVPs. Seven have averaged 300 yards passing per game over a season. Seven have thrown 40 touchdown passes in a season.
But Brady is the only one to make every one of those lists.

    How about terry bradshaw?
Don't forget it wasn't a qb driven league then -the guy won superbowl mvp twice & won 4 SB's -he wasn't a game manager

You know LB I don't agree with you often but I've had the pleasure of watching the NFL since the early 70's -I've seen terry bradshaw , Namath, montana, kenny (the coffee achiever)anderson ,Kosar, elway, & host of others(I didn't mention any Packers on purpose)---Montana was the best -that westcoast offence changed the game--

Also I want to point out that those old timers basically had to be injured to a roughing the passer call & there was no sliding.
I love watching football but trying to compare players from different era's is silly because it's not the same game.

    Brady > Peyton

Peyton is just a class act and his public perception is different but Brady is a way better qb, stats can be used to solidify my opinion

    No kidding.

    Pass complete
    Pass incomplete, pass interference.
    Pass incomplete, illegal contact.
    Pass incomplete, roughing the passer.
Pass incomplete, big hit in the shoulder, helmet to helmet.

So chances of having a real incomplete pass is like 10%. lol

0-2 against Eli in the super bowl, both as the favorite

    best ever lol

both brady and peyton are the most overrated QB's of all-time. Both useless when they don't have max protection from their O-Line

I'd rank Peyton Manning ahead of Brady. This is the best overall defense he's had in his whole NFL career and look what he's doing.

    Brady beat Manning this year.

    Denver's strength of schedule .467. NE .524. Denver's strength of victory .362. NE .519.

Denver 4th in total defense. NE 26th. Denver 4th in points allowed. NE 11th.

Let's see if the score is evened this year. It's like comparing Federer and Sampras, but I still think Manning edges Brady if we were to compare them from top to bottom overall.
