stop....because once ur profit gets below 6k, ull try and do everything to build it back to 6k and end up losing even more.

Maybe keep 1k and bet smaller just so u have stuff to sweat.

Why stop? Either you got it or you don't. If you don't have it you shouldn't been betting in the first place. If you got it, make the most of it.

    No.

    Good job.

    Just don't forget money management.

Those two big bets had a big impact. Good calls, but different story if they went against you. Might consider flat betting $500 and only 2x ($1000) on top plays. Grind. Protect profits.

Consider pulling a grand out. Buy yourself a present and get your woman something for putting up with all the bullshit of capping and watching games.

You're asking at the wrong place...
Most of us would take that 6500 and degen it away on some mac games or something.
There's very few people here with the willpower to do what you suggest.
Especially UP. Most of us - I would hazard a guess - not speaking for everyone - (me included) would be feeling invincible and blow that shit away by the end of next week.

Exactly enjoy it rather then blow it in greed. A mistake I've made far too many times

I think you've done the right thing by withdrawing.

Last year I started the NFL season with $100 and had it up to about 4k 2/3 through the season. I hit some parlays but was mostly playing unit bets. Felt invincible, started substantially increasing unit size and within 2 weeks had about 1k left. Got if back up to 4.5k with 3 weeks left and then finished the season with about 3.5k. Withdrew 3k and used the other 500 on NBA.

Got my account up to 6.5k by being smart with money management and then did the same thing I did with NFL. Played some 1&2k games that missed and before I knew it I had 1k left and ended the season at about 500.

So yes, 3k from my initial 100 was good, but the feeling of losing that 6k by being 'invincible' was pretty shit.

You're not always going to be on a good run so it's a good move to cash some out while you're ahead.

Good luck for the rest of the year.

thats what i just did. was up to 13 K from the start of NFL season from an initial $400 investment..... withdrew 6K, lost 4 K so im left wit about 2 K in my account over this weekend, including 500 on Lions +6.5, Under 47 and the same two picks in a 1000 teaser. also a couple hundred on some player props.

first inning baseball can make or break you when you start throwing down 1K for the prop.
