Raiders and Browns both starting 0-11?
They have to be the 2 worse teams in the NFL. They don't appear capable of getting a win anytime soon. They both play each other in week 13. What are the chances they both get their at 0-11? I only see may be 1 or 2 winnable games on their schedule between now and then.
