CLE +3. Bills terrible road team in the past. CLE plays strong D, lost to 2 good teams by 1 score or less. Bills dominated a really weak KC team. CLE can't afford to go 0-3, take CLE+3. I took that and also put some on CLE -3 at +180. Or take SF-6.5, seems like the "safe" play that should hit.
