I'm not convinced that this Pats o-line won't come together. They are only losing Matt Light to retirement. Some shuffling may cause growing pains early, but this is still basically the same players and scheme that has been top 10 in fewest sacks the past several years. If you are basing anything off preseason, that's a mistake. Too much player talent and coaching experience in New England. This line may even become dominant as it grows together and matures towards midseason.

Also consider last year's MVP Aaron Rodgers, whose line has been top 10 in sacks allowed the past 2 years. It didn't stop him from putting up big numbers.

just to make sure nobody drops a single dollar on this silly prop.. (for Pats fan only)

The Superbowl LOSER has only rebounded twice after bitter disappointment
    to claim the MVP...

this feat has only been managed TWICE. (a long time ago, shorter season, smaller defenders)
the Season is longer now, AND more brutal.

    1) Fran Tarkenton after losing Superbowl IX, came back and won it for the 1975 season
    2) Thurman Thomas after losing Superbowl XXV, came back and won it for the 1991 season

***BUT NOBODY has lost*TWO*SUPERBOWLS, AND REBOUNDED TO WIN THE MVP.*

Losing one Superbowl is rough, losing two is a backbreaker.. it will never happen.

John Elway did come back from losing two to win it all..*but not the MVP

    $5 Max on this prop.

    i quite like your avatar...!!

i can't remember.. was that how the Russians took Berlin... or the Poles....?!

wasn't that the Russo-Polski tag-team that DID IN those sharply-dressed *"BERLIN BOYS"..
and forced Uncle Alphie to end it like a wuss cowering in he basement?

(i believe that may also be a diagram for what defenses are going to do to the Pats Offensive Line..)
*Good Luck, Patty cakes... you will require*Divine Intervention this season to go very far.

little history lesson Rat, Hannibal used" double envelopment " to destroy the Romans at the battle of Cannae in 212 B.C, a tactical masterpiece
the germans studied this battle as a forerunner of" blitzkrieg"...hope this helps

Tarkenton lost the Super Bowl in 1973 and 1974 seasons, but won the NFL MVP in 1975.

You can't even get your own manufactured stats correct.

so, i guess they give the MVP to the QB with the "most FG's?" *or "most 4th Qtr. chokes?"

maybe this prop was a good idea after all

    MVP Candidates

    Brady
    Manning
    Rodgers
    Foster
    Adrian Peterson

This is the best value prop in play right now. Brady has a 50% shot at this award now.

Ratzz where are you? If I gave you this number right now you're telling me you wouldn't bet it? Brady has a 50% shot at the award now at +700 odds. Thanks.

taking credit for that pick is hilarious/sad.. difficult to determine which one more.

Brady does not win MVP, has bad year. Lots of INTs
Nailed it! Tons of INTs for Brady so far... he's already got 3!! In just 11 games!

It has to be P. Manning. Tom Brady is a stud but I believe Manning will take it

Brady has the best stats and the best record. Over the past 5 years, the QB with the best stats & record won it.

    2011 Aaron Rodgers 15-1 45 TD 6 INT (+3 rush TDs)
    2010 Tom Brady 14-2 36 TD 4 INT (+1 rush TD)
    2009 Peyton Manning 14-2 33 TD 16 INT
    2008 Peyton Manning 12-4 27 TD 12 INT (+1 rush TD)
    2007 Tom Brady 16-0 50 TD 8 INT (+2 rush TDs)

    2012 MVP contenders:
Tom Brady 8-3 24 TD 3 INT (+3 rush TDs)
    Peyton Manning 7-3 27 TD 7 INT
    Aaron Rodgers 7-3 27 TD 6 INT
Drew Brees 5-5 28 TD 9 INT (+1 rush TD)

Basically, right now, it's Brady's to lose.

    Current rankings

    1. Manning
    2. Brady
    3. Peterson

No one else is in the mix. It's gonna be between Manning and Brady.

I need Brady to win back to back primetime games against Houston and SF two of the best teams in the NFL. If Brady wins both those games, I'm sitting pretty.

I told you guys this bet was a coin flip from the start of the year.

denver has the easier schedule, mannings stats will be better, voters will blow him for his comeback .... unless brady can crush it against hou and sf, manning takes it ....

I think the value is there, but Brady is not the favorite by any means in my opinion. Probably should be +550, so I do see the value. Good luck!

Brady has better stats, and a much tougher schedule. Don't foget that Denver won a playoff game last year with a QB who can't throw the ball, If Brady beats Hou and SF in the next 2 weeks then Brady is a LOCK for MVP.
