    N.O at Atl Pick'em?

Why is this game a pick'em? The Saints may be better at home than on the road, but Atlanta is not that good in general.

I guess this means Atlanta will win, right?

    Thoughts?

Atlanta has been inconsistent this year but Matt Ryan is money at home. The only team that's seemed to figure out how to win there is GB but they're really in a league by themselves. I don't know how I'll play it but every time I've taken the Saints on the road they've failed me. This should be a shootout but if I'm siding with any team here it's the Falcons.

i feel like the Falcons defense is gelling and Julio Jones is becoming more of a star week by week. Saints haven't played great D and their offense struggled against the Bucs. Falcons have a good chance to win this one at home

this one could be a scoring frenzy. the falcons D needs to come up big here and needs to create pressure for brees. Turner needs to be the focus of the game for the falcons offense, keeping brees off the field is the best way to win against the saints (case in point: steven jackson). i see the falcons coming away with the w

When the Saints and Falcons meet there is no home field advantage.

    Saints win.

Saints got blown out by the buckin Rams and lost to Tampa. Think these teams are evenly matched. I don't think the Saints are that great in general either.

It means the game is a "pick 'em."

    I like the Saints, tho.

this line is not because the saints are a little worse on the road, its because matt ryan almost never loses at home. plus the saints lost to the rams.

True value of those 1.5 points is around 16 cents (probability of landing on 1 is around 3% and it is below 2% to land on 2) so if you laid any worse than -108 it is a -EV play.

As a Saints fan, going into the season I figured we would split the season series with the Falcons, with both teams probably winning at home. Falcons started off pretty rough, but they've improved and it seems like the Saints are a different team on the road. Not betting this bc of emotion, but if I had to, Falcons in a teaser would seem like the best play. Who Dat!

I think it's better not to middle here you already had the Falcons at such a good number why ruin that play by middling. Someone can do the math but I would think since you got the Falcons at such a good number then your edge on that play would be much more +ev than middling.
