I'd take most of those dogs
It looks like your bookie slants his lines to the favourites, probably because he has a lot of very square clients. This is to your advantage if you keep it in mind for the future. Now you need to find another bookie (or get an offshore account at a book) that has less opinionated lines and you'll be in good shape for middling.
