The New England Patriots have done the unfathomable and acquired wide receiver Chad Ochocinco via trade from the Cincinnati Bengals after he accepted a restructured three-year contract.

ESPN Insider Adam Schefter said via Twitter that New England gave up a late 2012 pick and 2013 pick, no word on what the numbers are on his new contract.
"God is good," Ochocinco said on his Twitter page after the news was revealed.
We would say this move could have a big betting impact on the Patriots, however, their odds — currently at 7-1 to win Super Bowl XLVI — are already tied with the Green Bay Packers as the highest in the Bodog Sportsbook. If QB Tom Brady can help Ochocinco’s career the same way he helped rejuvenate Randy Moss’, we could be in for another 2007-08 Patriots season where they began an uncanny 8-0 against the spread (ATS).
Ochocinco caught 67 passes for 831 yards with four touchdowns last season, just the second time since his rookie season he finished under 1,000 yards receiving. The Pats also grabbed underachieving and underpaid defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth from the Washington Redskins. It’s apparent New England coach Bill Belichick believes he can get these two controversial players to play the “Patriot Way”.
Its truly amazing how big of a POS mike brown is. You can't call him dumb because he is about making money but he definitely doesn't care about winning.
