This may get long winded but I hope someone may be able to help me out.
Over the past few months I have bet using my online William Hill account to place bets on football, cricket and used their online casino feature.
Over the weekend I deposited around £800 and for the first time ever won big! I finished the night on £25,000. This never happens to me and thus I became a little nervous at the size of my balance.
I requested a withdrawal on Sunday night at around 10.00pm, this I knew to be the cut off point for weekend withdrawals. I have withdrawn a number if times in the past from William Hill and had no problems. Withdrawals have ranged from 100-2000.
I didn't expect anything in my account until probably today but as mentioned I am a little tentative because of the size of the withdrawal.
My concern is around a few things that have happened to my account in the meantime.
1. I have noticed additional monies in my account where as I believed the balance should be none.
2. I couldn't log into my account during Tuesday morning at all.
3. I spoke with customer services on Tuesday and they confirmed the withdrawal had bee processed on Sunday night and everything was fine.
4. I spoke with customer services again this morning and the lady confirmed the payment has been authorised but said it was only confirmed on Tuesday?
My questions are two -
Has anyone had a similar experience?
When should I expect to see any money?
