    wagering and payoffs

    I am new to offshore casinos. Question: Will they pay off if I win? There doesn't seem to be any legal way to
    enforce a contract with them.

    Because there isn't a "legal" way. Also, check out SBR's Sportsbook Reviews. You can read about each book and go from there. You should be ok with the "A" books and most "B" books.

    Search SBR and the internet for any complaints about payout from any casino. If you find complaints, don't play there!
