First off, let me say i've been to only 1 game this yr @FAU and their strength of what keeps them in and gives them ability to WIN games it THEIR HOME CROWD. I went to the game where they played Manhattan(who is str8 garbage) and it was close for the most part, till the pulled away late in the 2h with the CROWD behind them...

Even @ home against S. ALAB on 1/16 they were -9.5 and won by 8! NO COVER!

now as far as them on the road, they lose their most important key for them to win/ stay in games, i,e NO FANS!!

Who are they to lay pts on the road? and when they do lay the pts to lower tier teams, THEY DON'T cover!

2/19 @FIU they were -4.5 and won 80-78 in OT. NO COVER
12/19@ Louisiana-Monroe(WHO?) they laid -6.5 and won 60-58 NO COVER
12/16@Troy they were laying -5 and won 82-77 PUSH

so thats 0-2 and a tie when LAYING PTS ON the road.

Onto S. Alabama at home who is 4-5 ATS, BUT that's usually them laying pts.

Now there's a difference in the competition these teams play against:

Fau is #1 in the sun belt 20-9(12-11 ats) Strength of Schedule is 217 w/ an RPI ranking of 111...
S. Alabama is #4 12-14(10-12 ats) Strength of Schedule is 306 w/ an RPI ranking of 267

so why are 2 totally different different teams playing w/ the home team only catching 1.5 @ home? Where they should be getting atleast 4+ here since playing a better competing team who SHOULDN'T EVEN BE LAYING POINTS HERE!

THE FACT IS: S.ALABAMA IS hot winning 2 of 3 of their last 3 games and covering all 3 comming into THEIR FINAL HOME GAME b4 the conf. torney....FAU already has the #1 seed locked up and probly will think they just come in S.ALABAMA and blow them off the map....Meanwhile S. Alabama has revenge on their minds and want to gain momentum b4 the torney!

Meanwhile S.ALABAMA IS 8-2 last 10 Against the Spread vs FAU

bad home team w/ the #1 team in the conf. only giving 1.5 here tells u what the results SHOULD BE.

I go to mostly every FAU game and they have not been in good form but the last game they got it together and I think they roll in this one on the road.. GO OWLS!!
