Judging from the halftime stats Vanderbilt should win 2H. They're down 19% in shooting percentage (yet, in spite of missing more shots, have more rebounds), and they have more steals (quicker hands, greater intensity).

I think their three pointers drop at a better rate then 1 for 8. Vandy should cover that, and win the game outright.

I agree based on the stats it's a GREAT play. However, Vandy is a particularly undisciplined team, and Wash St. is the definition of a disciplined team, they work like a machine. I'm not sure Vandy will be able to make 2H adjustments. They blow out teams like GW, who are basically just like them, but not as good. But a team like Wash St., they may have no answer for.

Still, based solely on the stats and the situation (neutral court tourney game), Vandy -1.5 is great. Will be interesting to see what happens.

As soon as Vandy got up 55-51 their body language changed; like they were now in control of the game. Since then they've been playing without edge, only jacking up threes. Now behind 57-58. Still up 7 for the half with 3 minutes left.
