I'm 12-5 in college hoops so far!!

Slow start but an easy Over in the end with Gonzaga/Tx Southern tonite (104-67.....15 pts Over)


One thing I've noticed so far is that of the 12 Over winners....only 3 were by less then 8 points Over. Of course the lines will adjust, but that presents a nice opportunity to hit some +550 or +600 pleasers. I think you have to lay another 7 points on 5 dimes, but you win ties at +550 for a 2 teamer. I got on Georgia earlier yesterday and beat that Over by 23 points. I haven't played Pleasers very often, but its something to consider with these scores. UCLA/Long Beach went 14.5 pts Over and Lipscomb went 16 pts Over

Ohio State is defense first, but IPFW is 11th in pace so I doubt they sit on the ball when IPFW misses a quick shot. I don't see it going 20 points Over like some of the others but I like it!!

Monmouth is 30th in pace and giving up 86 per game thru 2 games. St. Joes is better then those 2 teams and plays at the 102nd pace. SJ should get 85 atleast.

Utah State has hit 100 in both their games and plays at the 34th fastest pace. Miss Valley State plays pretty quickly as well at the 101st pace. MV State sucks, but improved greatly off a 69 pt beatdown by Nebraska in their opener to put up 52 on Texas Tech. TT has the #12 rated defense and plays extremely slow. With the pace tonite, I feel like MVS can atleast crack 60.

I also put a little on Utah State -24 on the parlay. They're rolling along pretty well right now and MVS doesn't have enough firepower to stay anywhere close.

IUPUI with the +1100 winner! I was looking at them +16 and also UTSA +13 tonite. I went to IUPUI so I try not to be too much of a homer, but they're pretty decent this year.

The Over with Neb Omaha looks tough, but wasn't a big play. I'm looking at one pretty hard for tomorrow and I'll have it posted before the nights over. Hopefully Stetson will come home in the meantime!

St Joseph -3.5 over Wake Forest

St Joe's has held their 2 opponents to 63 & 64 pts. They have their best 2 players back from last year that were hurt. They're 6-1 ATS in their last 7. Wake only returns 1 guy from last years 11-20 team. They don't play good defense overall and I don't think Danny Manning is a good coach. They're 1-5 ATS in their last 5 games at neutral sites.

I'd like to catch 3.5 (-105) tomorrow morning on 5D or maybe play the reduced ML? I'm going atleast $100 as SJ has the edge over Wake in experience, defense, and coaching!

God Damn It. SJ had a 5 pt lead with about 3:30 left and their zone D seemed to be working but they kept leaving the same screener open for 3 on the pick-n-roll. You have to cover him too. Play good D for 25 seconds then they get a wide open 3 with the clock running out. Still have the better team with better guards so hopefully they'll play some defense! Frustrating though cause their big white guy was 5-5 from 3 and they're still tied?
