    buckeyes are and will be formidable opponent tonight....But PSU tonight at home qualifies as top rated. They should play well tonight and its a strong situational play on a few different handicapping levels. OSU has struggled overall away from home this year and If Newbill gets it going the Buckeyes will be on upset alert...best of luck with your action tonight.

    Im not seeing this at all. Penn state is horrible. I know ohio state has been bad on the road but they have by far the best player on the floor and the coaching edge.

    Just a couple of weeks ago, PSU was a slight home fave vs. Maryland and now a 6 point dog vs OSU, who has not been as strong as MD on the road. Sign me up - thanks Lucky!
