Why is Citadel +16.5 against a team they beat (Wofford) at home over a month ago (1/15)?
The Wofford Terriers are ranked 101 for offensive field goal percentage shooting 44.5% while attempting 51.7 shots per game. The Terriers shooting percentages include 67.5% for free throw percentage and 37.2% for three point percentage so far this season.
The Citadel Bulldogs are ranked 74 for offensive field goal percentage shooting 45.3% while attempting 47.2 shots per game. The Bulldogs shooting percentages include 75.4% for free throw percentage and 41.9% for three point percentage so far this season.
Citadel is 9-3 ATS on the road.
Second:
Why is the UC Davis line dropping like a rock from -6 to -4.5?
The UC Davis Aggies are ranked 4 for offensive field goal percentage shooting 49.9% while attempting 49.8 shots per game. The Aggies shooting percentages include 72.7% for free throw percentage and 45.5% for three point percentage so far this season.
The Hawaii Warriors are ranked 213 for offensive field goal percentage shooting 42.6% while attempting 58.8 shots per game. The Warriors shooting percentages include 68.8% for free throw percentage and 32.3% for three point percentage so far this season.
UC Davis is 7-1 ATS at home and there is the revenge factor for their only conference loss?
I am thinking the Citadel number should be in the high single digits and the UC Davis number should go higher not lower. I would love to hear insights from you Hawaii backers--what is the angle here?
