    Any way to hedge here?

    I took Uconn +8,000, $100 to win $8,000. Should I let it ride or is there a smart way to hedge?

    I'd probably just let it ride. Sucks that they're on the same side of the bracket as Florida or you could hedge with a big bet on them, but they're already at around -120. I got UConn at +6000 for a measly $10 lol. I'm just gonna see what happens.

    let it ride for the next game and if they win then hedge the next game and at least you will get 4000 - juice

    Depends if $1000 has any bearing on your BR or lifestyle.
    Fl ML going to be around -260 or so. 2600/1000 for Fla to win.
    If Fl wins, you don`t feel like a dumb-ass.

    If UConn wins, still have over 5K to play with in Championship game.

    tough decision, but are you willing to take a lesser amount, by betting on the opposite team, and if they win you have won some money. There is the possibility that UConn will lose and then you have nothing, when you have the opportunity to make money. get advice from money bettors. Easy to get advice from those that don't and don't know the pressure of it.

    I would throw 260 on Florida money line. (Is it still -260?). So if they win you just get your dough back. Then root like hell for huskies so you can really hedge for good in the chip.

    Id hedge for sure... bet 1.5k on florida ML. If uconn wins, you have a 1600 dollar bet on uconn to win 8k.
    Then put 3k on wisky or Kentucky. If uconn wins, you are up 3400. If uconn loses you will be up about 1k.
