I don't think Tubby's team is going to have the mindset of going out and winning the Big 12 tournament because the odds are stacked against them and the Big 12 is a powerhouse. In addition, Texas Tech is playing the hottest team in the nation, despite their lose at Iowa State. Take Ok St at -9.
