Look for Kansas to roll to an easy win this afternoon when the Jayhawks host the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

It might be Bracket Buster Saturday for a bunch of no-named schools across the country today, but in Lawrence, Kansas, it's just another basketball game against a Big 12 wannabe.

Since dropping a heartbreaker at home to Texas A&M, the Jayhawks have gone on to defeat their next three opponents by an average margin of 25 points per game. What they did to K-State at home could be considered illegal in a couple of states, and the "Border War" against Mizzou was anything but as they ripped through the Tigers like they were the French resistance back in the day. Then they disposed of a Colorado team that plays much better at home with relative ease. Needless to say, the loss to the Aggies woke up a sleeping giant.

Sure, the Jayhawks had won a number of games up until that point, but they weren't burying their opponents. Now they are, and they've pummeled Nebraska the last five times they've faced them and I expect nothing less from them today as well. Nebraska plays a much better brand of ball when they play in the comfy confines of their own gym. KU already pasted them by 20 in Lincoln earlier this season.

This is an awful lot of chalk to lay in a conference game, but KU's recent play makes it well warranted. Lay the chalk with confidence and "Wave the Wheat" all the way to the bank.

    Play: Kansas -16
