    La salle vs boise state

I'm having a tough time deciding who to take in this one. Which probably means I should just stay away. La Salle has one of the best perimeter defenses in the nation giving up only 18.5% of points to the 3. But Boise top 5 scorers all shoot 38% or higher from behind the arc. Interesting match up. Anyone got any opinion on this game?

Not sure where you got that 18.5% number, but that is way off. They hold teams to about 30% from 3, which is still a good number though.

Pretty sure 18.5% would be an NCAA record.

At first I like La Salle - one of the better shooting teams in the nation. I think they're too talented for Boise St. But then I think back about how Boise fought hard against my Spartans earlier in the year, as well as when I took Boise +points when they snapped Wyoming's ~15 game winning streak. Wyoming was a shooting team much like La Salle, so I'm scared Boise's big Drmic might be too much to handle for La Salle.

Gun to head I roll with La Salle here, but it may be best to be an innocent bystander.

Didnt Wyoming lose their two top scorers the game before the Boise game? Either way this game has toss up all over it. I started out loving LaSalle, then I kinda liked Boise. Lol

I'm sorry not percentage, meant to say opponents percentage of points from 3 is 18.5% which ranks 2nd in the nation for percentage of points they give up, per game from behind the arc. Only 12.2 points a game from deep. Boise gets 31.7% of their points from 3, something has to give.

Here's my very in depth write up:

They both live by the 3, LaSalle plays better 3 point defense.

One of my best friends is a graduate from LaSalle and I'll be drinking watching the game w/ him tonight.
