    Wisconsin at Home

    Anyone looking at Wisconsin -14 at home against Penn State? Penn State is awful on the road but have won their last 2 games.

    I noticed Wisconsin has a single total of 63.5 but has not got that in regulation last 3 games or even close in the last game against penn state.
