    Note about Drake/Evansville

    Not sure if you guys know this or not, but Ben Simons -- Drake's leading scorer -- has been out recently and is likely to miss tonight's game as well. He has mono.

    Drake isn't particularly deep. Rice is a legitimate player, but they've struggled quite a bit without Simons' shooting abilities.

    Drake's tough to fade at home, but I'd be leery in this spot. They're a dog against a team they beat SU on the road.

    They shot 27% from the field last weekend and got blasted at home against Missouri St. Rice has not been shooting well, 4-22 in his last two games. Might be due for a big game. Doubt it.

    Hard to say. Taking a mediocre MVC team on the road against a traditionally strong home squad isn't usually a recipe for success.

    FML - have Evansville -1 as the last leg of a parlay with all other legs cashing already. Trying to hedge but the half-time line is Evansville -1.5. Not sure what to do here..Drake did hit 6/13 behind the line that half, can they keep it up?

    Any input appreciated here.
