    West, you are buying half a point. If fav is 4.5 you pay a dollar twenty and lay 4. If a dog is 3.5 you pay a dollar twenty and get plus 4. Not a betting strategy for everyone. In order to be successful you need a higher win percentage then when you lay 1.10.
